Shipping Areas

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Return & Exchange Timeline

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Exchange Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached

The Simple Return Process

1. Submit Your Return Request
   Email our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
2. Receive Return Authorization
   We’ll email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
3. Package Your Items
   Include the original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return
   Use the provided shipping label and retain your tracking number.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, but specify your desired exchange item in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability in our trendy collections including Bestselling Sandals, Boots & Booties, Heels, and other fashionable footwear.
